Clients are expected to provide all necessary materials, such as a brand package and content, in a timely manner. We offer third-party services for additional needs, which must be specified in a detailed brief.

Payment for website design is based on specific client requirements, with 50% upfront and the remainder upon completion. Subscription services are billed monthly or annually, with details and tiers outlined in our service agreement.

Clients must provide requested content within 48 hours to avoid delays. Delays beyond one week may result in project deferment. Upfront fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our inability to deliver what was agreed.

We monitor our websites and address issues promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, excluding indirect losses. We disclaim liability for problems beyond our control, such as third-party service failures.

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and development is transferred to the client. We retain the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and for promotional use.

A 30-day support window is provided post-launch for guidance on site use and navigation. Additional requests outside of the subscription model are billed hourly, with estimates provided prior to commencement.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to our website.
